ASB+Announces+the+Future+of+Don+Leadership

The Associated Student Body(ASB) released the list of elected officials for the 2024-2025 school years. The Executive Cabinet consists of President Rumaisa Malik, Vice President Kayllah Aceves, Treasurer Howard Lee, and Secretary Julianne Ji.

Voting, which was available for freshman-juniors, ended at 11:55 p.m. on Monday, and results were announced during lunch the following day. Due to rain, the announcement was made through the ASB Instagram. Current Executive Vice President and future Executive President, Rumaisa Malik, stated that she was “excited to have the best senior year and leave high school knowing I made some sort of difference.” Joining the executive cabinet are senior class officers consisting of President Jeeya Sabharwal, Vice President Ekta Dhyani, Treasurer Nethmi Karalliyadde, junior officers President Amy Ge, Vice President Riya Srivastav, Treasurer Malia Chin, and sophomore officers President William Morante, Vice President Jayleen Murguia, and Co-Treasurers Alice Tam and Christina Zawaideh.

Incoming freshmen who are interested in joining ASB should reach out to ASB teacher Mrs. Matchett by emailing [email protected].
