ASB’s Junior Class Officers, Kayllah Aceves and Sahil Dhir, hosted the Prom Premiere in the quad on Mar. 13, 2024. The officers planned an immersive experience for the student body by beginning lunch with actors running across the stage as if flying.
Aceves emerged on stage to welcome the audience to Neverland, this year’s prom theme. After a sampling of outfits to wear to Prom graced the catwalk, the nominees for prom King and Queen were announced: Shay Pema, Shawn Nguyen, Noah Dominguez, Dhara Panchel, Kiana Fong, and Elena Cienfuegos.
ASB advisor, Mrs. Mattchett gave out over 300 dance contracts in the first few minutes after the premiere, in order to pick up your own visit the ASB activities window before school, snack, and lunch.
The prom will be held on April 27, 2024 at the Old Ranch Country Club in Seal Beach from 8 PM-12 AM. Regular sales are available to juniors and seniors are available for purchase 3/22-4/12 for $105 with ASB card and $110 without. Late sales will occur 4/15-4/18 for $125 with or without ASB.
