Last season, the team finished with a 17-7 overall record and dominated the league with a perfect 10-0 record. That success carried into the postseason, where the team advanced to the semifinals. After a hard-fought battle, they came up short 9-7 against West Ranch High School in the semifinals.
Entering this season, the team returns with experienced players while adding new talent to the varsity roster. Several freshman earned varsity spots, including Adelyn Archie, Lexi Ceron, Jade Hernandez, and Emma Villegas. Their addition brings depth and new energy to the team, already built on experience and strong postseason momentum.
“I’m excited for the opportunity to compete at the varsity level and help the team win,” said Archie, who batted .333 during the offseason. Her consistency at the plate and overall performance add depth and energy to the team.
For those who want to see them on their home field, they will host El Rancho on March 24, at 3:15 p.m. With high energy and strong preparation, these matchups should set the tone for this year.
