Minions Unite: Cash 4 Cancer’s Campaign

Cash 4 Cancer is a fundraiser supporting the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Drive. It’s led by ASB here at CHS to support cancer research in the pursuit of finding a cure. It goes on from March 2, 2026, to March 13, 2026, hoping to raise up to $3,000 by the deadline.

Support your fourth period class, club, or any ASB member. Envelopes are available in all classes, and ASB members will be carrying containers. There will also be a donation table set up at the quad during lunch. This year, the theme is Minions, based on the Despicable Me Movies.

If you donate, you’ll receive a prize. When you donate to an ASB member, you receive a ticket by showing proof of purchase in the quad during lunch from March 9 to March 13. Donation rewards are: $5 for one ticket, $10 for two tickets, and $20 for five tickets. Each $20 donation includes a front of the line lunch pass and the chance to play one song with the lunchtime DJ. Daily prizes, such as slime, Needoh, smiskis, and fidgets, are available in the quad during lunch.

Cash 4 Cancer efforts help improve the quality of life for patients and their families. They also provide critical funds for groundbreaking research, and advocacy for affordable treatment access. Make sure to show your support and win a prize for Cancer Awareness, Dons!

Audrina Murata is new to journalism this year and joined to grow her creativity and strengthen her writing skills. Outside of school, she has a passion for dance, which she has been practicing since she was seven years old. Audrina sometimes performs during the summer and hopes to keep dancing as an important part of her life while exploring new opportunities in journalism.

Zion Borriboonratana, Editor-In-Chief

Senior, Zion Borriboonratana, is a third year journalism student and Editor-In-Chief. He hopes to make each magazine the best it can be and help new members find their footing. In his free time, he enjoys studying video game design and reading books. As a fun fact, he exclusively listens to the Deltarune soundtrack and has not listened to any other music for months.
